Grace Greene - Owner
Grace is a graduate of the US Naval Academy and served eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a helicopter pilot, deploying three times to combat zones in the Middle East in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Today, Grace serves as President of TOTE Maritime Alaska. She is the recipient of the 2016 Top 40 Under 40 Award and the 2017 Alaska Business Hall of Fame Denali Award. Grace believes in our strong community and gives back with her service on numerous boards and community organizations.
Carmen Romerdahl - Sales Associate
Carmen earned her degree in biochemistry, and has worked in cancer research as well as organ donation. She spent the past 10 years raising her 3 children Chloe, Madeline and Parker who now all attend the Girdwood School. Carmen is excited to bring her passion for helping people to her new career in real estate. Starting a career at REMAX of Alyeska allows her to combine her love of architecture, design and real estate with the instilled principles of service to others in finding their new home.
Banks Prevatt - Sales Associate
After graduating from the University of Florida, Banks served ten years in the Air Force as a C-130 pilot and served in Viet Nam. Following his service, Banks’ entrepreneurial spirit lead him to several endeavors ranging from real estate, to general contracting, and commercial fishing. Banks love for AK goes back to the early 1950’s when his father was stationed at the Port of Whittier with the Army. Whittier still holds a special place in Banks’ heart and he and his wife spend Summers there.
